Andy Weiner

Andy Weiner is the CEO and Founder of RockStep Capital, a Houston-based real estate investment firm focused on revitalizing shopping centers in secondary and tertiary markets. He began his career in his family’s retail business and later earned degrees from Stanford University in Economics and Political Science, an MBA from the University of Texas, and completed Harvard’s business program for retail executives.

Since starting RockStep Capital in 1997, Andy has led the company in building or acquiring more than 9.7 million square feet of commercial property across 11 states, maintaining a consistent record of financial discipline with no capital calls and no assets returned to lenders. A dedicated learner and proud Houstonian, he is fluent in Spanish, French, and English, with additional studies in several other languages. His interests in aviation and history reflect his ongoing commitment to curiosity and growth, both personally and as a leader.
